I was taking another weight loss product when I started taking Willpower in a Bottle. I had lost some weight, but could not loose any more. But after I started Willpower in a Bottle I lost weight on a regular basis. I have now lost 24 pounds! I feel better also, as it caused me to have at least three regular bowel movements a day, which not only helps keep off the weight, but daily gets rid of those nasty toxins that keep us unhealthy.

It has been about a month since I started the products willpower and 10 in 1. I weighed 212 in december 2010 and my goal was to get back to my in shape weight of 183 by December 2011. By June I was down to 198, but plateaued.
I started the products and began to slowly lose 1-2 lbs a week. I felt the products in my system the first day, and have noticeably thought about not eating junk food or snacks in the evening. There are no rushes or jitters and have actually cut back on my morning coffee intake.
Today I weighed 189, and feel that my initial goal will be reachable and to crate a goal of June 2012 of continued weight loss to achieve Healthy BMI, and hopefully get off BP and Cholesterol medicine and be back running a triathlon by next summer.
