Protein is an important building block for every cell in the body. Proteins are made up of amino acids. The body uses three amino acids -- glycine, glutamate and cysteine -- to create a substance known as GSH or glutathione. GSH is the body’s most powerful antioxidant and healing agent. It protects us from pollutants, viruses and bacteria. It slows the aging process and keeps our immune system functioning well. In order to do this, the body needs the “raw materials” to form glutathione.

GBG’s MA+ is a fantastic product that supplies these needed precursors. MA+ maintains the full range of fragile immune-boosting components because of its unique and proprietary cross-flow filtration technology that ensures its potency and effectiveness. It is undenatured.*

You should see a difference when you consistently take MA+.

More On Whey Protein and Understanding "Undenatured"
By: Dr. Carol Forman Helerstein Ph. D.

Undenatured whey protein and denatured whey protein are both part of the whey family. However, one is drastically superior and will give you far greater benefits and results.

Let’s get something straight – whey protein is the best protein out there on the market for you hands down. Exhaustive scientific and nutritional studies have proved this time and time again.

But let’s back up just a second so we can understand something fundamentally important.

Before we get into the subcategories that are undenatured whey protein and denatured whey protein, let’s start simply with what is whey protein?

Whey Protein is the liquid material that is left behind after the solids have been removed from all the cow’s milk. Producers then process this protein in a whey protein powder that is used for building muscle, boosting energy, fighting toxins, reducing body fat, and countless other benefits.

So now you at least have a basic understanding of whey protein, but what is the difference between denatured and undenatured whey protein?

Denatured whey protein means that the whey protein is processed at ultra high temperature, usually above 160 degrees Fahrenheit or 72 degrees Celsius. In layman’s terms this means pasteurization.

You undoubtedly have seen this before because every milk out there on the market has undergone pasteurization to kill harmful microorganisms in the protein.

So what then is undenatured whey protein exactly?

Undenatured whey protein is in fact the David to the Goliath that is known as denatured whey protein.

This is because undenatured whey protein keeps all of his protein amino acids because it is cold processed. Rather than being heated up to high temperatures and killing off helpful organisms and nutrients along with the bad, undenatured whey protein becomes bioactive since it is processed cooler and more sensitively. Because of this recently discovered method of extracting whey protein at lower temperatures the undenatured whey protein has raised one of the bodies most underproduced animo acids: Glutathione.

Glutathione is a the highest rated antioxident in the world and is naturally produced by the human body through the synthesis of certain amino acids in the liver. It is used by virtually every single cell in the body to neutralize and get rid of harmful toxins. Additionally, it is the most-needed amino acid because it’s the hardest to get from food!

Since Math never lies, let’s do a little math here. Remember the transitive property in geometry? If a=b and b=c, then a=c.

Well with that natural law in effect, we can safely say if undenatured whey protein can produce the rarest underproduced antioxident found hardly anywhere else on the known planet, and it’s the highest form of concentrated protein (whey) in the world, then it’s safe to say it’s the best protein in the world for you to take.

Is that too bold of a statement? Not at all.

Let’s go a little further in understanding undenatured whey protein so this becomes a no brainer.

Like I said before undenatured whey protein will build muscle while raising glutathione simultaneously.

Undenatured whey protein which we said is bioactive because it is cold-processed contains three specific proteins that are very high in amino acids that are missing from our daily diet. These proteins are albumin, lactoferrin, and lactalbumin – and are extremely crucial to the amino acid called bonded cystein (or cystine). This is found in raw meat, raw eggs, and raw cow’s milk.

Now think hard for a second here. When is the last time you consumed any of those raw items in your daily diet, or ever unless it involved some sort of bet you lost? Odds are: Never!

So now do you see why the amino acids in undenatured whey protein are the hardest to find for us to consume?

Not only that, but undenatured whey protein is one if not THE number one superfood out today, with a massive list of benefits.

Now again there are quite a few undenatured whey products out there, but only a couple are far superior than the rest with all the maximum benefits we’ve talked about. GBG's MA+ is a high quality, undenatured whey protein
